一、基本情况

肖剑荣,男,湖南洞口人,教授,工学博士,硕士生导师。广西本科高校物理学类教学指导委员会委员,广西物理学会第十三届理事会副理事长,电子元器件关键材料与技术专业委员会常务委员,桂林理工大学应用物理学专业(国家一流专业负责人,Chemical Engineering JournalJournal of alloys & compoundsThin solid Films等学术期刊论文审稿人。近年来,主持完成国家、省自然科学基金等科研项目7项,目前,主持国家、省部级科研项目3项。以第一或通讯作者身份在Journal of Materials Science & TechnologyDiamond & Related MaterialsJournal of Physics D Applied Physics物理学报等国内外学术期刊上发表SCI/EI收录论文100余篇,申请发明专利10项,出版学术专著2部。主持及参与省级教改项目5项,发表教改论文10余篇,获省级教学成果二等奖、三等奖各1项,主编教材4/套。
